purchase, you can return all unused, unworn and unwashed items within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Returned goods should be in their original packaging. Please note we are not responsible for return postage
and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.
Each item is hand inspected before being shipped to our customers. However, in the rare circumstance your
purchase is damaged or faulty; it will be refunded in full (including postage).
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.
When returning goods, please obtain a “Proof of Postage Certificate” from your post office as we cannot
be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
